Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning citizen assistance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(320 ILCS 25/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 401)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act". As used in this Article, "this Act" means this Article.
