Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Makes technical changes to a Section concerning facilities for persons with disabilities or disorders.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning nursing home care.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing Section 3-203 as follows:

Sec. 3-203. Facilities for persons with disabilities or disorders. In licensing any facility for persons with a developmental disability or persons suffering from emotional or behavioral disorders, the Department shall consult with the Department of Human Services in developing minimum standards for such persons.
