Amends the Outdoor Recreation Resources Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning historic preservation.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning outdoor recreation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Outdoor Recreation Resources Act is amended by changing Section 2a as follows:

(20 ILCS 860/2a) (from Ch. 105, par. 532a)

Sec. 2a. The Historic Preservation Agency is authorized to have prepared, in cooperation with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Community Affairs and to maintain, and keep up-to-date a comprehensive plan for the preservation of the historically significant properties and interests of the State.
