Amends the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning professional regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)

Sec. 2. Short title. This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987".
