Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Adds a caption to a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning taxation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 505/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 417)

Sec. 1. Definitions. For the purposes of this Act the terms set out in Sections 1.1 through 1.21 have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
