    Amends the Food and Housing Assistance Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning human services.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Food and Housing Assistance Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (305 ILCS 10/1)  (from Ch. 23, par. 6401)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act ~~shall be known and~~ may be
8 cited as the Food and Housing Assistance Act.
