    Amends the Community Investment Recovery Act. Adds a caption to the Section containing the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning civil liabilities.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Community Investment Recovery Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (740 ILCS 30/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 651)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act may be cited as the Community
8 Investment Recovery Act.
