210 ILCS 9/1

Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning assisted living.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short Title title. This Act may be cited as the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act.
