Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to taxes.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by changing Section 101 as follows:

(35 ILCS 5/101) (from Ch. 120, par. 1-101)

Sec. 101. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Income Tax Act."
