 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4                              ARTICLE 1

 5        Section  1.   The  sum of $355,800, or so much thereof as
 6    may be necessary, is appropriated from  the  General  Revenue
 7    Fund to the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority
 8    for  replenishment of a draw on the Debt Service Reserve Fund
 9    backing bonds issued on behalf of Waste Recovery - Illinois.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
11    July 1, 2003.
