 1        AN ACT in relation to executive agencies.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
 5    amended by changing Section 2505-1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 2505/2505-1)
 7        Sec.  2505-1.  Article  Short  Title  short  title.  This
 8    Article 2505 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may
 9    be cited as the Department of Revenue Law.
