 1        AN ACT respecting schools.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  School Construction Bond Act is amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (30 ILCS 390/1) (from Ch. 122, par. 1201)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 8    cited as the "School Construction Bond Act".
