 1        AN  ACT  in  relation  to  the  Metropolitan   Pier   and
 2    Exposition Authority.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section   5.    The   Fair   and   Exposition   Authority
 6    Reconstruction Act  is  amended  by  changing  Section  1  as
 7    follows:

 8        (70 ILCS 215/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 1250.1)
 9        Sec.  1.  Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
10    cited as the "Fair and  Exposition  Authority  Reconstruction
11    Act".
