 1        AN ACT regarding aircraft.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Aeronautics Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 23 as follows:

 6        (620 ILCS 5/23) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.23)
 7        Sec.  23.  "Laws of this State pertaining to aeronautics"
 8    means  this  Act  and  all  other  acts  of  this  State,  as
 9    previously or in the future heretofore or  hereafter  enacted
10    or  amended,  of  which  the  subject  matter is any phase of
11    aeronautics, including, without limiting  the  generality  of
12    the  foregoing, regulation, supervision, condemnation, zoning
13    and policing powers in connection therewith.
