 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of  that  amount
 5    as  may  be necessary, is appropriated from the Local Tourism
 6    Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs  for
 7    a grant to the City of Madison for establishment of a replica
 8    of  the  Toll  Booth on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in Madison,
 9    Illinois.

10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  on
11    July 1, 2003.
