 1        AN ACT in relation to children.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Interagency  Board for Children who are
 5    Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing and have an Emotional  or  Behavioral
 6    Disorder Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (325 ILCS 35/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 6701)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short Title title.  This Act may be cited as the
 9    Interagency    Board   for   Children   who   are   Deaf   or
10    Hard-of-Hearing and have an Emotional or Behavioral  Disorder
11    Act.
