 1        AN ACT concerning vehicles.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Illinois  Vehicle  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1-130 as follows:

 6        (625 ILCS 5/1-130) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-130)
 7        Sec.   1-130.   Implement  of  husbandry.  Every  vehicle
 8    designed   and   adapted   exclusively   for    agricultural,
 9    horticultural,  or  livestock  raising  operations, including
10    vehicles  used  to  transport  manure,  farm  wagons,   wagon
11    trailers  or  like  vehicles used in connection therewith, or
12    for lifting or carrying an implement  of  husbandry  provided
13    that  no  vehicle used to transport manure, farm wagon, wagon
14    trailer or like vehicle having a gross weight  of  more  than
15    80,000 36,000 pounds, shall be included hereunder.

17        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
