 1        AN ACT concerning aquatic life.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by
 5    changing Section 20-11 as follows:

 6        (515 ILCS 5/20-11)
 7        Sec. 20-11.  Inland trout stamp.  Any  individual  taking
 8    or  attempting  to  take  trout  in  all  waters  except Lake
 9    Michigan  must  shall,  in  addition  to  any  other  license
10    required by this Code, first obtain  an  inland  trout  stamp
11    authorized  by  the  Department.  Individuals not required to
12    obtain a license are not required to obtain an  inland  trout
13    stamp.
