 1        AN ACT concerning manufactured housing.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile
 5    Home Safety Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (430 ILCS 115/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 501)
 7        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 8    Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Safety Act.
