 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 1.  The amount of $75,000,000, or so much of that
 5    amount  as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
 6    Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for  grants  to
 7    the  city  of  East  St.  Louis  for  all  costs and expenses
 8    associated with separating  the  now  combined  sanitary  and
 9    storm sewers.

10        Section  99.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
11    July 1, 2003.
