 1        AN ACT in relation to education.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 5    Section 27A-13 as follows:

 6        (105 ILCS 5/27A-13)
 7        Sec.  27A-13.  Rules.   The  State  Board of Education is
 8    authorized to adopt any  rules  not  inconsistent  with  this
 9    Article   27A  that  it  deems  necessary  to  implement  and
10    accomplish the purposes and provisions of this Article 27A.
