 1        AN ACT concerning veterinary medicine.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice
 5    Act of 1994 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 115/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 7002)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2004)
 8        Sec. 2.  Short title.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 9    Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 1994.
