 1        AN ACT concerning professional regulation.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  1.  The  Illinois  Occupational Therapy Practice
 5    Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 75/1) (from Ch. 111, par. 3701)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2003)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the "Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act".
