 1        AN ACT concerning banking.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5. The Electronic Fund Transfer Act is amended by
 5    adding Section 47 as follows:

 6        (205 ILCS 616/47 new)
 7        Sec.  47.  Disclosure  of  fees for use of terminals. The
 8    entity that issued a consumer's access device shall  disclose
 9    to  the  consumer  in every billing statement provided to the
10    consumer a schedule of fees imposed upon the consumer for the
11    use of terminals. The disclosure shall set forth the fees for
12    use of terminals established by the entity  that  issued  the
13    consumer's  access  device  and the fees for use of terminals
14    established by entities other than the entity that issued the
15    consumer's access device.
