 1        AN ACT concerning State parks.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The State Parks Designation Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 6 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 840/6) (from Ch. 105, par. 468k-1)
 7        Sec.   6.  State   Recreational   Areas.   The  following
 8    described areas are designated State Recreational  Areas  and
 9    shall have the names ascribed to them in this Section:
10        Parklands Recreational Area, in Tazewell County.
