 1        AN ACT concerning employment.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Employee  Arbitration Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 8 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 35/8) (from Ch. 10, par. 30)
 7        Sec. 8.  Service of process or  notice.   Any  notice  or
 8    process  issued by the Department of Labor shall be served by
 9    any sheriff or coroner to whom it is  directed  or  in  whose
10    hands it is placed for service.
