 1        AN ACT in relation to health facilities.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Health Facilities  Planning  Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3960/19.6)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2003)
 8        Sec.  19.6.  Repeal.   This Act is repealed on January 1,
 9    2005 July 1, 2003.

11        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
12    becoming law.
