Statutes Amended In Order of Appearance
Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Wrongs to Children Act. Provides that it is unlawful for any coach, parent, teacher, or other person to knowingly allow the use of an aluminum bat during a recreational baseball or softball game in which a person under the age of 13 is a participant. Provides that a violation is a petty offense and is punishable by a fine of $250 for a first offense and $500 for a second or subsequent offense. Effective immediately. Actions
