Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989, and the Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989. Provides that certain examinations under the Acts be defined by rule rather than 8-hour written examinations. Effective immediately.
