Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning bail on a new trial.

Deletes reference to:
725 ILCS 5/110-11
Adds reference to:
730 ILCS 5/5-5-3.2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that using electronic communications to solicit or commit mob action may be used by the court to impose an extended term sentence upon conviction. Defines "electronic communication".
