Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning certificates of title and salvage certificates.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
625 ILCS 5/3-118.1
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/1-105from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-105

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow for the use of red or white oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights on vehicles belonging to the Illinois Department of Transportation designated as Emergency Traffic Patrol. Provides that these lights shall only be operated when the vehicle is responding to an emergency call or is on the scene of an emergency. Amends the Section on authorized emergency vehicles to include Emergency Traffic Patrol vehicles.
