Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the annual NPDES permit fee for concentrated animal feeding operations is $1800.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the fee for NPDES permits for concentrated animal feeding operations shall be set by rule of the Agency in an amount that does not exceed the costs of administering the NPDES permit program for those operations (instead of in the amount of $1800). Requires these fees to be set in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Review Law.
