Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a policy the solicitation of which involves an insurance producer, limited insurance representative, or temporary insurance producer must identify the name of the producer, representative, or firm. Further provides that an individual life or accident and health application and master policy application for life or accident and health group coverages must bear the name and signature of the licensee who solicited and wrote the application.

Adds reference to:
215 ILCS 5/500-10
215 ILCS 5/500-35

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Sets forth a definition for "webinar". Includes webinars within the acceptable methods of instruction to satisfy the course study requirements for insurance producer licensure.
