Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Open Meetings Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
5 ILCS 120/1.01from Ch. 102, par. 41.01
Adds reference to:
P.A. 91-824, Sec. 20-10; P.A. 95-604, Sec. 10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends "An Act in relation to certain land", approved June 13, 2000, Public Act 91-824, as amended by "An Act concerning local government", approved September 11, 2007, Public Act 95-604. Provides that if certain property is no longer used for charitable, educational, or public purposes, (instead of "should the property fail to be used by the grantee for public purposes") title shall revert without further action to the State. Effective immediately.
