Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the State Fire Marshal for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows: Other State Funds $38,673,300; Federal Funds $2,000,000; Total $40,673,300.

 No land conveyances are included in this bill; therefore, there are no appraisals to be filed.

 Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections)
 There are no penalty enhancements associated with this bill. The bill would have no fiscal or population impact on the Department of Corrections.

 The bill does not pre-empt home rule authority.

 State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 The bill does not create a State mandate.

 Fiscal Note (State Fire Marshal)
 House Bill 6080, as introduced, funds the agency at the Governor's requested level for fiscal year 2015. The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) is funded entirely from Other State Funds and Federal Funds. There are sufficient resources available in those funds to support the level of appropriations contained in this legislation. House Bill 6080, as introduced, contains no appropriations from the General Revenue Fund and does not impact that fund.
