Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
735 ILCS 30/1-1-1
Adds reference to:
735 ILCS 30/25-5-55 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no longer than one year after the effective date by the Village of Mundelein for the acquisition of described property and easements for the purpose of widening and reconstructing Hawley Street from Midlothian Road to Seymour Avenue and making other public utility improvements, including the construction of a bike path. Effective immediately.
