Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Committee Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations from the Illinois Civic Center Bond Retirement and Interest Fund, the Build Illinois Bond Retirement and Interest Fund, and the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund for repayment of bonded indebtedness. Effective July 1, 2011.

Governor Item Veto PA Message
Vetoes certain items of appropriations to the Governor's Office of Management and Budget. Approves all other items of appropriations in the bill.
