Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates $135,000,000, minus the amount transferred to the State Universities Retirement System pursuant to continuing appropriation authorized by the State Pension Funds Continuing Appropriation Act, from the State Pensions Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System. Appropriates $845,485,000 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System for the State’s contribution, as provided by law. Effective July 1, 2011.
