Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by January 1 of each year that details the dollar amount difference between (i) the total amount of State funds paid for claims under the State's medical assistance program for the preceding fiscal year and (ii) the federal upper payment limit established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for claims paid during the current fiscal year.
