Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Local Records Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the local records advisor.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 3
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
65 ILCS 5/1-4-8from Ch. 24, par. 1-4-8
65 ILCS 5/11-1-2.1from Ch. 24, par. 11-1-2.1

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. In provisions concerning a municipality furnishing its police officers and equipment to assist another municipality in suppressing mob action, riots, or civil disturbances, provides that if a mutual assistance agreement between the municipalities exists, then the provisions of that agreement in relation to any liability shall apply. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.
