Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Respiratory Care Practice Act. In a Section concerning exemptions, provides that a person enrolled in a respiratory care education program shall be exempt from the Act if he or she meets certain conditions. Effective immediately.

760 ILCS 100/2afrom Ch. 21, par. 64.2a

Amends the Cemetery Care Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning powers and duties of cemetery authorities.
