Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Limited Liability Company Act. Provides that all fees collected under the provisions concerning a certificate of registration shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Limited Liability Company Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a certificate of registration.
