Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that the Board of the Authority must develop written protocols to respond to medical and sanitation emergencies and to other safety hazards. Effective immediately.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the Commuter Rail Board must develop written protocols to respond to medical and sanitation emergencies and to other safety hazards. Effective immediately.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the engrossed bill with changes. Adds that the Suburban Bus Board must develop written protocols to respond to medical and sanitation emergencies and to other safety hazards. Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that the Chicago Transit Board must develop written protocols to respond to medical and sanitation emergencies and to other safety hazards. Makes technical changes. Effective immediately.
