Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning office hours for filing nomination petitions.

65 ILCS 5/3.1-10-5from Ch. 24, par. 3.1-10-5

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Removes the prohibition against a person serving in office who has been convicted in any court in the United States of an infamous crime, bribery, perjury, or other felony.
