Synopsis As Introduced
Urges banks and other financial institutions doing business in the State to offer no-interest or low-interest loans, based upon most-recent pay stubs, to State employees, and to employees of organizations that rely on State grants and funding, if the employees do not get paid in a reasonable and timely manner due to the lack of a FY05 budget.
