Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Civil Procedure in relation to quick-take eminent domain powers. Authorizes the City of Mt. Vernon to use quick-take procedures to acquire land in connection with the extension or improvement of Veterans Memorial Drive. Effective immediately.
