Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State aid formula provisions of the School Code. Provides that, for the purpose of calculating general State aid only, the Average Daily Attendance figure, for pupils in grades 9 through 12, shall be increased by 2% for fiscal year 2005, by 4% for fiscal year 2006, by 6% for fiscal year 2007, by 8% for fiscal year 2008, and by 10% for fiscal year 2009 and each fiscal year thereafter. Effective immediately.
