Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a graduated license holder under the age of 18 years may not drive a vehicle with more than one passenger under the age of 20 in the vehicle, unless at least one person 21 years of age or older is also in the vehicle. Provides that the prohibition does not apply with regard to siblings of the graduated license holder.
