Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Firemen's Disciplinary Act. With respect to certain periods of suspension, changes references from "72 hours" to "24 duty hours". Effective immediately.

 Fiscal Note (State Fire Marshal)
 HB 2456 has no fiscal impact on State revenues or expenditures.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Changes the way the maximum period of suspension for a minor infraction is described, from "24 duty hours" to "3 calendar days (24 duty hours)".
