Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Currency Exchange Act. Provides that a currency exchange must issue a replacement money order upon being furnished with proof of ownership, proof of identification, proof of loss, adequate security to indemnify the currency exchange against loss, and payment of the cost of preparation of the replacement money order. Effective immediately.
